IM=X Pilates Studio Classes

IM=X® Pilates is an intelligent approach to fitness -- it addresses your muscle firing patterns, joint range of motion, core support and overall muscle strength. Many class formats are taught on our patented pilates machine - the Xercizer -- which provides superior stability, glide, resistance and comfort. A variety of exercises including leg presses, calf raises, plyometrics, abs, back, arm, shoulder, flexibility and hip extensions are performed on this single piece of equipment.
