Jennifer Coleman, IM=X Pilates Master Trainer
Jennifer Coleman, Owner - Jennifer is the owner of the IM=X Pilates studio. She has been involved with fitness for a number of years. She is a certified group fitness instructor, a certified personal trainer and a certified IM=X pilates instructor. She is now a Master Trainer for IM=X Pilates. She was introduced to IM=X pilates through a friend and loved the workout from the very first day. She loves the combination of pilates and resistance training that IM=X pilates offers. She decided to open an IM=X pilates studio to introduce the benefits of this workout to other people. She also dances with a local dance company and the dance ministry at her church. She is married with 2 young boys.
Kim Eldred, Certified IM=X
Pilates Personal Trainer
Kim Eldred has always been very active. She grew up in South Florida. She attended a Performing Arts High School and the University of South Florida with an emphasis in dance. While living in Los Angeles, she got involved in community theater and sings in her church choir. She lives in Westfield, Indiana for the past nine years with her husband and 3 sons, age 10, 7 and 4 years. Once she was introduced to IM=X pilates, she was hooked.
Connie Pobanz, Certified IM=X
Pilates Personal Trainer
Connie Pobanz was introduced to Pilates in the winter of 2004 after moving here the south. She was amazed at how good it was for her body and soul and it became a regular part of her workouts. As an instructor, she wanted to help others feel the same benefits; strong core, increased flexibility and toning the entire body. When she am not in the studio, she is with her husband and three girls - being active in other ways biking, swimming, cheering on the Colts and relaxing with friends.

Pilates Personal Trainer
Having always had an interest in being fit and living a healthy lifestyle, Connie took her first pilates mat class in 2001 and knew it would help change her body in ways that lifting weights alone could not. She is pursuing Advanced Certification in IM=X (i.e. Pre/Post Natal, golf, etc) because she is a firm believer in the benefits of the various IM=X Pilates workouts. When not teaching, she joy spends time with her husband, son Cameron, and dog Woody.

Pilates founder, Elyse McNergney,
studied and was certified by Romana Kryzanowska at The Pilates Studio
in NYC before obtaining a certification in the Alexander Technique
and two Masters Degrees (M.A. in Movement Science and an M.Ed. in
Exercise Physiology at Columbia University). Impressed with the
versatility and overall benefits of Pilates-style training, Elyse
and her team of Exercise Physiologists created the IM=X Pilates
program to reflect the changes and research of today's fitness and
rehabilitation markets.
