Each IM=X Pilates Studio has certified instructors and personal trainers who have gone through the IM=X Pilates and Fitness Certifications. Our Master Trainers are available to ensure that you are achieving your goals. Whether you need to lose weight, reduce back pain, improve performance, reduce age-related incontinence or just feel strong, our trainers are available to help.


Jennifer Coleman, IM=X Pilates Master Trainer

Jennifer Coleman, Owner - Jennifer is the owner of the IM=X Pilates studio. She has been involved with fitness for a number of years. She is a certified group fitness instructor, a certified personal trainer and a certified IM=X pilates instructor. She is now a Master Trainer for IM=X Pilates. She was introduced to IM=X pilates through a friend and loved the workout from the very first day. She loves the combination of pilates and resistance training that IM=X pilates offers. She decided to open an IM=X pilates studio to introduce the benefits of this workout to other people. She also dances with a local dance company and the dance ministry at her church. She is married with 2 young boys.


Kim Eldred, Certified IM=X Pilates Personal Trainer

Kim Eldred has always been very active. She grew up in South Florida. She attended a Performing Arts High School and the University of South Florida with an emphasis in dance. While living in Los Angeles, she got involved in community theater and sings in her church choir. She lives in Westfield, Indiana for the past nine years with her husband and 3 sons. Once she was introduced to IM=X pilates, she was hooked.

Lisa Rittenhouse, Certified IM=X Pilates Instructor

Lisa was first introduced to Pilates in the fall of 2006. Since that very first time, she was hooked and has steadily pursued and developed her practice. Lisa loves the way IM=X Pilates constantly challenges the body, while increasing strength, flexibility, and building long and lean muscles. She developed a strong desire to share this unique form of exercise with others to obtain her certification in the fall of 2008. She is thrilled to share this life changing workout with her clients. Incorporating health and wellness into everyday life is important to Lisa, as she works as a Health Coach at HMC/Wellpoint. Her knowledge of the human body and the physiology behind it has amplified her IM=X Pilates practice and she incorporates this into every session.
Off the mat, Lisa enjoys singing in her church choir, reading, running and biking on the Monon, traveling with her husband, Matt, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Colts!

Kristy Spears, Certified IM=X Pilates Instructor

Kristy Spears has always been interested in health and well being. She was first introduced to IM=X Pilates in 2005 and was thrilled to have found something so fun, challenging, and beneficial all at the same time. She loved the classes so much that she decided to teach them herself. She received her IM=X Floor and Xercizer Certification fall 2008 under Jennifer Coleman.

Kara Nefouse, Certified IM=X Pilates Instructor

Kara’s extensive background in health and fitness can be attributed to her early introduction to the fitness industry. Kara is completely immersed with every angle of health and fitness. She has witnessed the beneficial effects that came with working out and eating organic whole foods. Not only did it help with her overall physique but it equally lifted her self esteem and gave her a positive self image. Her motivation and ability to help others was contagious and she started personal training when she was in college.  She continues her love of health and fitness by teaching others her vast knowledge of nutrition, strength training, pilates and yoga. She believes that you must engage in a total lifestyle of health in order to obtain ultimate happiness. This involves healthy eating, resistance training, cardiovascular training and flexibility. Her exercise philosophy entails variety--- Mix up your routine in order to see results and keep it fun!

Kara is a Certified Pilates Instructor (IM=X Pilates), Certified Yoga Instructor (YogaWorks 200 RYTÒ), Certified Personal Trainer (NFPT), Certified Spin Instructor (Mad Dogg and Kaiser) and CPR + AED Certified.
